Turn experience into a better response next time
Give members a way to share what worked and what needs attention, so their experience helps shape training, equipment and the way you respond.

Make reflection part of the follow-up

Find the issues worth acting on

Learn from training as well as incidents
Give members space to reflect on exercises and training alongside attended incidents, so useful lessons have somewhere to go.

Questions
Can members answer anonymously?
Yes. A member can leave their name off, so people say what they really thought. The answer still counts towards the themes, and nobody sees who gave it.
Can we choose the questions?
Yes. Write your own, reorder them, and decide which are a quick tap and which ask for a few words. Start from the set we provide and change it until it sounds like your brigade or unit.
Who gets asked?
The crew who were there. When an incident clears, each member who attended finds it in their list, and they can answer from their phone in a couple of minutes.
Who sees the answers?
The people you choose. Every member can answer, and reading the themes across reviews is kept to members you have given access.
